After coming to Nashville in 90's to work for Saturn, Rich landed a recording contract with Word Records as a member of the CCM group, Beyond the Blue. Having bought and sold properties off and on since 1993, moving into the real-estate business full-time was a natural progression for Rich. After leaving Beyond the Blue in 1998, Rich began selling new construction for West Minister Homes. Today he is one of Nashville's top Realtors in sales volume..
